Everything was perfect, great staff, amazing location just next door to the local restaurants and activities and the lake and volcano and Panajachel. Clean and nice room - bed was comfy. We truly enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant;)))

It has stunning location in Santa Cruz La Laguna near to a restaurant and the lake and the volcanoes and a beautiful area, surrounded by a lake. The suite overlooks mountain and includes tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and an oven.

Quiet location everywhere in the garden. Near the shores, several restaurants and the lake by the Kayak Adventure Center.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning as it was surrounded by a beautiful lake. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the area made it perfect for some much-needed relaxation. the hosts of the hotel were knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to help when we needed them. They even offered an arrival service that helped us get settled in and provided helpful information for exploring the area. the hotel provided a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty of the lake and learn about the local Mayan culture.

That we didn't have hot water throughout our entire stay. Another aspect that we weren't too fond of was the presence of stray dogs in the area.
